Azami s\u00fcrekli anma g\u00fcc\u00fc 0,25 KW\u2019\u0131 ge\u00e7meyen, h\u0131zland\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00fcc\u00fc d\u00fc\u015fen ve h\u0131z\u0131 en fazla 25 km\/saate ula\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra veya pedal \u00e7evrilmeye ara verildikten hemen sonra g\u00fcc\u00fc tamamen kesilen elektrikli bisikletler de bu s\u0131n\u0131fa girer<\/p>\n<p><b>Madde-37<\/b><br \/>\nBisiklet kullananlar\u0131n 11 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bitirmi\u015f olmalar\u0131, bedensel ve ruhsal bak\u0131mdan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bulunmalar\u0131 zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p><b>Madde-53<\/b><br \/>\nSa\u011fa ve sola d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerde, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler kurallara uygun olarak ge\u00e7i\u015f yapan bisiklet yolundaki bisikletlilere ilk ge\u00e7i\u015f hakk\u0131n\u0131 vermek zorundad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p><b>Madde-66<\/b><\/p>\n<p>a) Ayr\u0131 bisiklet yolu varsa, bisikletlerin ta\u015f\u0131t yolunda, yayalar\u0131n kullanmas\u0131na ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yerlerde, ikiden fazla bisikletin ta\u015f\u0131t yolunun bir \u015feridinde yanyana, s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>b) Bisiklet s\u00fcrenlerin en az bir elleri, motorlu bisiklet s\u00fcrenlerin manevra i\u00e7in i\u015faret verme hali d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda iki elleri ve motosiklet s\u00fcrenlerin devaml\u0131 iki eller ile ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrmeleri ve y\u00f6netmelikte belirtilen g\u00fcvenlik \u015fartlar\u0131na uymalar\u0131 zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p>c) Bisiklet, motorlu bisiklet ve sepetsiz motosiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc arkas\u0131nda yeterli bir oturma yeri olmad\u0131k\u00e7a ba\u015fka ki\u015fileri bindirmeleri ve y\u00f6netmelikte belirtilen s\u0131n\u0131rdan fazla y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 yasakt\u0131r. S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc arkas\u0131nda ayr\u0131 oturma yeri olan bisiklet, motorlu bisiklet ve sepetsiz motosikletlerle bir ki\u015fiden fazlas\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131namaz<\/p>\n<p><b>Madde-103<\/b><br \/>\nB\u00fct\u00fcn trafik kurallar\u0131 bisikletliler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<p><b>16 A\u011fustos 2022 &#8216;de yap\u0131lan Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finde Bisiklet ile ilgili maddeleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da g\u00f6rebilirsiniz.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201c2918 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 78 inci maddesine istinaden i\u015flem yap\u0131lan ara\u00e7larda bulunan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ve yolcular gerekli koruyucu tertibatlar\u0131 usul\u00fcne uygun olarak takmadan arac\u0131n karayolunda seyrine izin verilmez.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MADDE 2- Ayn\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe ekli \u201c1 SAYILI CETVEL\u201din; C) HUSUS\u0130YETLER\u0130NE G\u00d6RE ARA\u00c7LARDA BULUNDURULACAK TE\u00c7H\u0130ZAT\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn;<\/p>\n<p>1) \u201cTa\u015f\u0131t\u201d k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan \u201cMotorlu bisiklet, motosiklet ve elektrikli bisiklet (S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve veya karoseri ile korunanlar hari\u00e7)\u201d ibaresi \u201cMotorlu bisiklet, motosiklet, bisiklet ve elektrikli bisiklet (S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve veya karoseri ile korunanlar hari\u00e7)\u201d \u015feklinde,<\/p>\n<p>2) \u201cDurum ve Nitelikleri\u201d k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan \u201cS\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler i\u00e7in; g\u00f6z\u00fc d\u0131\u015f tesirlere kar\u015f\u0131 koruyacak, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe engel olmayacak, normal g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bozmayacak renkli veya renksiz (Koruma ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc varsa ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6zl\u00fck aranmaz) olacakt\u0131r.\u201d ibaresi \u201cS\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler i\u00e7in; g\u00f6z\u00fc d\u0131\u015f tesirlere kar\u015f\u0131 koruyacak, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe engel olmayacak, normal g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bozmayacak renkli veya renksiz (Koruma ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda koruma g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmas\u0131 durumunda ve bisiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinde koruma g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc aranmaz) olacakt\u0131r.\u201d \u015feklinde,<\/p>\n<p>3) \u201cTa\u015f\u0131t\u201d k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan \u201cBisiklet, motorlu bisiklet ve motosiklet\u201d ibaresi \u201cBisiklet, elektrikli bisiklet, elektrikli skuter, motorlu bisiklet ve motosiklet\u201d \u015feklinde,<\/p>\n<p>4) \u201cTe\u00e7hizat\u201d k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan; \u201cReflektif i\u015faret\u201d ibaresi \u201cReflektif k\u0131yafet (yelek vb.)\u201d \u015feklinde,<\/p>\n<p>5) \u201cDurum ve Nitelikleri\u201d k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan \u201cS\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ve ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 halinde yolcular i\u00e7in, gece seyahatlerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde giyinecekler veya giysilerine reflektif i\u015faret\u00a0 takacaklard\u0131r.\u201d ibaresi \u201cS\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ve ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 halinde yolcular i\u00e7in, gece seyahatlerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde reflektif yelek vb. giyineceklerdir.\u201d \u015feklinde, de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elementum nulla turpis cursus.
